Q How can I return my order?
A Contact our customer service via e-mail or telephone. You will receive a return label via e-mail together with further return instructions. Please note that the label has to be clearly visible when attached to the parcel. If not, we can’t recognize the parcel and it will be sent back to you. You can always call us for free to talk you through the process!
Q When I can expect a money refund?
A Once when the item is returned to us, we need usually 48 hours to confirm that the product is complete and it has no sign of repairs or physical damages.
